DSCM has the ability to custom twist an endless amount of different twist levels on a variety of high performance synthetic fibers. Using our many years of experience in this field along with state of the art twisting equipment, DSCM produces twisted products that are specifically what the customer requires.
Our special twisting equipment allows us to process high performance fibers without damaging the filaments in the fiber, therefore always achieving the optimal strength of the fiber at that twist level.
Twisted products from DSCM can be single twisted products or cords that go through 2 ~ 3 separate twisting operations, usually one in the "s" direction and the other in the "z" direction.
We also have the ability to twist different yarns together so that we improve the characteristics of the individual yarns.
